Standard Hotel Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled by 3pm ET two days prior to your arrival date to avoid penalty fees. Any cancellations after this time (or no-shows) will result in a 1 night charge, and multi-night reservations (2+ nights) will incur a charge equivalent to a 2-night stay. There are NO exceptions made. Non-refundable rates/reservations require full pre-payment at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled under this policy.
